With its seaside olive grove, Ringhouse estate ensures an annual production of the most delicious artisanal extra virgin olive oil. The harvesting of the koroneiki variety olive trees, which takes place every autumn and is looked after by the local community, is an extremely traditional process that requires the right expertise and hard work. After the picking, the olives are pressed within 5 hours, with a traditional oil press. As a result, freshness is strongly guarded, as well as a medium-intense bitter and pungent taste.
