With its seaside olive groves, the RING HOUSE estate produces exceptional organic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO*) every year. Our Koroneiki olive trees are harvested each autumn by the local community, following a traditional process that combines expertise, dedication, and craftsmanship. To preserve maximum freshness and quality, the olives are pressed within just five hours after harvesting.
